{1} Alonzo Patrick appeals the trial courts acceptance of his guilty plea to two counts of aggravated burglary and one count of failure to comply. He claims his plea was not knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily made and that the court erred in imposing a sentence other than the previously agreed upon sentence. He additionally claims error in the trial courts refusal to allow the withdrawal of his plea and in failing to conduct an evidentiary hearing. We affirm in part, vacate the sentence and remand for resentencing.
