Alexander George Peacock appeals his convictions for unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and unlawful possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. He argues the trial court erred by (1) failing to instruct the jury on two elements of the charged crimes; and (2) denying his motion to dismiss based on insufficient evidence. Finding no reversible error, we affirm.
